I received the wrong item โ€” what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll ship the correct item to you at no charge within 5 business days.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Please reach out to us with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery. We'll make it right immediately.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50. Standard shipping on smaller orders is $4.99. Expedited options are available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 5โ€“10 business days. Expedited: 2โ€“3 business days. Express: 1โ€“2 business days. International orders may take 10โ€“21 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
What carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. You'll receive carrier and tracking information by email once your order ships.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take 24โ€“48 hours to update after the label is created. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, please contact us.

What is your return policy?
We offer free exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason โ€” no questions asked. Just reach out and we'll handle everything.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days after we receive the item.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Absolutely! We'll send you a replacement in your preferred size/color as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges ship within 2โ€“4 business days.

What is your garment quality like?
We use premium Bella+Canvas and Gildan blanks โ€” the same brands used by top apparel brands. All garments are pre-shrunk, soft, and built to last.
How do I find the right size?
Check our Size Chart for detailed measurements. Our shirts run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! We print on-demand โ€” meaning no overstock waste. Many of our blanks are OEKO-TEX certified, and we use water-based inks wherever possible.
How do I care for my POD item?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. This preserves the print and fabric quality for hundreds of washes.
Can I customize a design?
Currently we don't offer per-order customization. However, check back โ€” we're working on a custom design tool coming soon!

What payment methods do you accept?
