Shipping FAQs

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders of $35 or more automatically receive free standard shipping — no coupon code needed. Just add items to your cart and the discount applies at checkout. Learn more about our free shipping offer.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Exact availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your address. Some remote areas may have limited service.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes! Expedited (2–3 days) and Express (1–2 days) shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Note that processing time of 2–4 days is still required regardless of shipping speed.

My tracking number is not updating.

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created. If your tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, contact our support team.

Will I be charged import duties for international orders?

International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS Standard and Economy shipping. Expedited and Express options require a physical street address.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we will file a claim with the carrier. We will reship or refund your order if the claim is approved.
