Receive Your Prepaid Return Label

We'll email you a free prepaid shipping label. Print it, pack your item securely, and drop it at any USPS or UPS location.

We Process Your Return

Once we receive your item, we inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refund to Original Payment

Your refund is issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email. Credit cards may take 3–5 additional business days to reflect.
